By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

2. Products and Pricing

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and specifications of our products (such as tiles, sanitary ware, and paints) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
  • Pricing Changes: Prices for our building materials are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
  • Bulk Orders & Wholesale: Special pricing or quotes provided to contractors and bulk buyers are valid only for the duration specified on the official quote.

3. Orders and Billing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order (e.g., due to a product being out of stock), we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing phone number provided at the time the order was made.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Heavy Materials: Due to the nature of our products (e.g., floor tiles, PVC pipes, paint buckets), shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery location.
  • Delivery Times: While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes (especially within Rawalpindi/ Islamabad), delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, traffic, or weather conditions. Naeem Brothers is not liable for project delays caused by late deliveries.
  • Receiving Goods: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all materials (especially fragile items like sanitary ware and tiles) upon delivery. Any damages or shortages must be reported to the delivery personnel immediately.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened paint buckets, cut-to-size pipes, mixed tile bonds, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns on bulk tile orders or heavy plumbing materials may be subject to a 10 % restocking fee to cover handling and logistics.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

6. Limitation of Liability

Naeem Brothers guarantees the authenticity of the brands we sell. However, we are suppliers, not contractors.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the improper installation, misuse, or failure of the products we sell (e.g., water damage from improperly installed PPRC fittings or poorly applied tile bond).
  • It is the responsibility of your hired contractor or plumber to ensure materials are installed according to industry standards.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, specifically within the jurisdiction of Rawalpindi / Islamabad, Punjab.
